Scott A. Gonderzik - DIRECTORThank you for your interest in Horticulture Exchange International. We are excited to have the capability to offer individuals the opportunity to train in the field of Horticulture, as well as experience American culture and share their own cultures with Americans and others.

As the world market grows ever so closer in the field of Horticulture, now, more so than ever is this the right time to learn, grow and experience business practices and principles in the American horticulture industry. With the recent increase in business in the United States, the market shows a projected increase in sales within the Horticulture Industry! Training is an important component to Horticulture Exchange International, but the opportunity for cultural exchange, with the ultimate goal of mutual understanding of culture is an essential element to the Program. Trainees have the opportunity to live, work, and experience the cultural opportunities that are available!

With Horticulture Exchange International based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, trainees have the opportunity to experience first hand the many wonders of the ever changing seasons that Minnesota has to offer. The Twin Cities alone has four professional sports teams, concert events, museums, parks and recreation. Boundary Waters National Park is located in Northern Minnesota, allowing people to experience nature first hand. Minnesota, being known as the “State of 10,000 Lakes” truly offers anyone with an interest in water activities an abundance of choices.

Horticulture Exchange International encourages all trainees to take the time to travel the vast expanses of the United States and to experience the varied and different culture that the Untied States has to offer.

Should you be interested further in the Program, please do not hesitate in contacting me through the link on this web site, or contact one of the In-Country Representatives that are familiar with the Program, as well as the United State. Many of the In Country representative are former exchange visitors who are well versed with life in the United States.
